Waitlist privacy notice
Version 2026-11-01
Who is responsible
Pipepath is responsible for the Spawn waitlist data. If you have questions about your data, write to hola@pipepath.com.
What we keep
Your email, your country, how you would use Spawn, your main game (and its name if you chose another one), your operating system if you gave it, the page language, the version of this notice you accepted, and the sign-up and confirmation dates.
We do not keep your IP address. We use it only while we process the form, to stop abuse.
What we use it for
To invite you to the Spawn closed beta and to tell you when sign-up opens. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
If you do not confirm your email, we delete the sign-up after 7 days. If you confirm it, we keep it until you leave the list. Resend and Google Workspace keep the emails and their history under their own policies; when you leave the list we delete your sign-up, not that history.
Who helps us
Cloudflare hosts the site and the database and runs the bot check (Turnstile). Resend sends our emails and records whether you open them and which links you click, so we know they arrive. If you write to hola@pipepath.com or hello@pipepath.com, your message reaches Google Workspace, our email provider, and Resend also receives and stores it. All of them handle the data only to provide that service to us.
How to leave the list
Every email we send has a link to leave; when you use it, we delete your sign-up right away. You can also ask by writing to hola@pipepath.com.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to hola@pipepath.com.
